• Oral Presentation

  1. Presentation Schedule: Sunday afternoon, May 31, 2026
  2. Presentation Venue: KMU International Convention Center Hall B
  3. Presentation Rule: 12 minutes for oral presentation, 3 minutes for answering questions
  4. Presentation language: English
  5. Presentation Time : 15 minutes for presentation and 5minutes for discussions

  1. Presentation schedule: May 30-31, 2026 (Saturday and Sunday).
  2. Presentation Venue: KMU International Convention Center (B2 floor)

• Abstract Format

  1. To accommodate several types of studies and case reports in the conference abstracts we have drawn up the guidelines below
  2. An abstract is a summary of a research paper’s substance including its background, purpose, methodology, results, and conclusions.
  3. Keywords must be provided no more than 5 words and should be separated with commas.
  4. Do not include figures, tables, or references in the abstract. Abstract titles should not include abbreviations.
  5. Titles must not contain abbreviations. Abbreviations used in the body text should be minimized and clearly defined upon first use.
  6. Abstracts should be no longer than one page or 500 words.
  7. Please carefully review your abstract. No modifications are allowed after submission

• Font and Layout Guidelines

  1. Title: Times New Roman, 14 points, UPPERCASE, bold, and centered.
  2. Body: Times New Roman, 12 pt, single column, 1.5 line spacing.
  3. Author affiliations should be marked with superscript Arabic numerals.
  4. Use a superscript asterisk (*) for the corresponding author.
  5. Underline the name of the presenting author.
  6. Include the full name of the institution and country.

• General Instructions

  1. Abstracts should represent the original work.
  2. Documents that do not conform to the guidelines will need to be revised.
  3. Documents received after the given deadline, regardless of reason, will not be accepted unless the deadline is extended.
  4. The abstract should be submitted in the MS Word format (.doc or .docx).

• About the reviewing process

  1. Your abstract will undergo a double-blind peer review by the International Symposium on Transdisciplinary Care for Dysphagia Committee within two to three weeks of its receipt.
  2. Results of the abstract review will be sent to the authors after completion.
  3. Acceptance or rejection of the paper will be sent to you with reviewer comments.
  4. If a revision is required, the revised abstract must be sent back within 10 days

• Important Date

  1. Final Deadline for the Abstract Submission
  2. Please submit your abstracts before January 31, 2026
  3. Abstracts review results uniformly communicated from February 25 to February 27, 2026
  4. All presenters must register for the conference no later than April 30, 2026.
  5. Any presenter not registered by this date is subject to removal from the program. Presenters can register Here

• Poster Session Date/Time

  1. Saturday, May 30, 9:30AM ~ Sunday, May 31, 4:00PM
  2. Location: Hall B, KMU International Convention Center

• Poster Form

  1. The maximum poster size is 90cmX120cm
  2. Use easily read type.
  3. You may use figures, tables, graphs and/or photographs where suitable. Keep the text brief and to the point. All the material on the poster should be legible from a distance of about 10 to 15 feet.
  4. Print a high-resolution copy of your poster to present

• Your poster should include

  1. The paper title, all authors and the affiliations at the top of poster
  2. A background, purpose, methodology, results, conclusions and references; presented in a clear sequence
  3. Explanations for each graph, picture, and table
  4. Please print your poster and bring it to the designated poster display area on the day of the symposium. Posters should be mounted according to the assigned number.
