1. Limited Free Registration
The first 50 registrants from the following eligible groups will receive a full waiver of the registration fee (proof of employment must be uploaded at the time of registration for verification):

Government Agency Personnel: Free for the first 50 registrants.
In-Service Staff of Designated Institutions: Free for the first 50 registrants. Eligible institutions include: long-term care facilities, nursing homes, disability welfare institutions, and special education-related organizations.

2. Benefits & Terms
Coverage: The complimentary quota covers registration fees, conference meals, and refreshments only; the conference gala dinner is not included.
Those wishing to attend the gala dinner may register separately.
