- Presentation Schedule: Sunday afternoon, May 31, 2026
- Presentation Venue: KMU International Convention Center Hall B
- Presentation Rule: 12 minutes for oral presentation, 3 minutes for answering questions
- Presentation language: English
- Presentation Time : 15 minutes for presentation and 5minutes for discussions

Abstract Format
- To accommodate several types of studies and case reports in the conference abstracts we have drawn up the guidelines below
- An abstract is a summary of a research paper’s substance including its background, purpose, methodology, results, and conclusions.
- Keywords must be provided no more than 5 words and should be separated with commas.
- Do not include figures, tables, or references in the abstract. Abstract titles should not include abbreviations.
- Titles must not contain abbreviations. Abbreviations used in the body text should be minimized and clearly defined upon first use.
- Abstracts should be no longer than one page or 500 words.
- Please carefully review your abstract. No modifications are allowed after submission

Font and Layout Guidelines
- Title: Times New Roman, 14 points, UPPERCASE, bold, and centered.
- Body: Times New Roman, 12 pt, single column, 1.5 line spacing.
- Author affiliations should be marked with superscript Arabic numerals.
- Use a superscript asterisk (*) for the corresponding author.
- Underline the name of the presenting author.
- Include the full name of the institution and country.

General Instructions
- Abstracts should represent the original work.
- Documents that do not conform to the guidelines will need to be revised.
- Documents received after the given deadline, regardless of reason, will not be accepted unless the deadline is extended.
- The abstract should be submitted in the MS Word format (.doc or .docx).

About the reviewing process
- Your abstract will undergo a double-blind peer review by the International Symposium on Transdisciplinary Care for Dysphagia Committee within two to three weeks of its receipt.
- Results of the abstract review will be sent to the authors after completion.
- Acceptance or rejection of the paper will be sent to you with reviewer comments.
- If a revision is required, the revised abstract must be sent back within 10 days

Important Date
- Final Deadline for the Abstract Submission
- Please submit your abstracts before January 31, 2026
- Abstracts review results uniformly communicated from February 25 to February 27, 2026
- All presenters must register for the conference no later than April 30, 2026.

Poster Form
- The maximum poster size is 90cmX120cm
- Use easily read type.
- You may use figures, tables, graphs and/or photographs where suitable. Keep the text brief and to the point. All the material on the poster should be legible from a distance of about 10 to 15 feet.
- Print a high-resolution copy of your poster to present

Your poster should include
- The paper title, all authors and the affiliations at the top of poster
- A background, purpose, methodology, results, conclusions and references; presented in a clear sequence
- Explanations for each graph, picture, and table
- Please print your poster and bring it to the designated poster display area on the day of the symposium. Posters should be mounted according to the assigned number.
